I cancelled my subscription. Why are you sending me a SnackCrate?

Cancelling your subscription doesn't automatically cancel any outstanding orders already placed and those orders will still ship to you as planned. If you'd like to cancel an outstanding order, our support team can definitely help out with that prior to it shipping!
