Can I skip or pause for a month?
Absolutely! Pausing your subscription will suspend payments and orders for one billing cycle (one month), so that you won't be charged or receive the next featured SnackCrate. All subscriptions will automatically un-pause for the next scheduled payment the following month. If you need to pause, you can connect with us on Live Chat or via email at happy@snackcrate.com. Please make sure to request the change at least 24 hours before the 5th of the month to ensure it takes effect for the upcoming renewal.
