Just signed up, when am I billed next?
Welcome to the fam! All active SnackCrate subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month. If the card on file fails, for whatever reason, payment will be automatically retried periodically throughout the month, so that you don't miss out on any snacks! If you prefer to pause/skip a month, be sure to reach out to our Happiness Team at least 24 hours before the 5th, to allow enough time for the pause to take effect.
